I have a problem with my Samsung BT621VDST dual oven. Its a dual oven – i.e. has top and bottom sections that have separate fans and can be set to separate temperatures.
The bottom oven fan runs continuously – even when the oven is not in use. I have tried swapping the thermostat and the fan with the top oven fan – The bottom fan still runs continuously. Therefore I have deduced neither the fan nor the thermostat are faulty (I also get continuity on the thermostat).
I assume a new control board is needed – however no-one seems to have this part. I was wondering if anyone else has any suggestions as throwing the oven out seems a waste!
