Good afternoon all,
The above dishwasher has what Samsung call a reflector unit to distribute water laterally to the lower basket, rather than the traditional spray arm.
However, the reflector unit is not cleaning the contents, and does not appear to be moving as designed.
I’m not familiar with this type of dishwasher, and would welcome some feedback on potential causes of the above.
Having done some online research, a magnet/s is incorporated into the reflector, although I cannot locate such.
If I gently move the reflector a chattering noise from the motor(?) can be heard, as though it is trying to work, yet isn’t.
Perhaps I should suspect the motor, but would appreciate some assistance.
