hi all, can anyone help with this machine, the customer has an issue with the suds indicator displaying, this then stops the cycle. She has done over 20 service washes, but has the issue every time, even during the service wash with no clothes or soap.

Any ideas??

This fault used to be a pain in the rear,it’s normally overdosing with detergent but getting the Cust to accept it is difficult.
It’s a digital pressure switch so is quite sensitive.
We have changed the sump hose and pressure system with varying degrees of success
