ParticipantHi all, I have a Samsung ecobubble model no. WF80F5E0W2W
It has stopped working with an HE error code which I am led to believe is a temp sender error problem. I have replaced this with a new one(access is very easy from the rear) but I still have the error code. I have unplugged it and left it to reset it but no joy. I cant see any problems with wires so far. Could it be a circuit board problem?
Any help most welcome!

ParticipantProbably not worth it then. Its about 7 years old. I hate not being able to fix stuff though and end up throwing it away……

Moderatorproblem with both samsung and LG boards is they fill then with a jelly so it could be as simple as a dud relay but you can never fix them because you would have to cut the component out off this stuff first and you cant test components on the board for the same reason

Moderatorthe problem is in real terms due to market forces machines have got cheaper. that means the manufacturers have had to cut corners to bring down cost
what you have to do is work out what they are making them for
your budget is £400, Your buying from a retailer who has to make a profit, it has to be shipped half way round the world, the manufacturer has to also make a profit after paying for reseach and development. plus your £400 contains Tax at 20{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} so your £400 is really £330
in short your manufacturing cost of the machine could easily be less than £100 and you dont get much quality for that

Participanthmmm, doesnt add up to much quality wise, I agree. Think I should try and go for a compromise, somewhere in the middle of budget and Miele!
