samsung error code problem

My Samsung washing machine is just 4 years old and has stopped working showing error code 1E ,I purchased from you a new water inlet valve and fitted it but the machine is still showing error it is strange because it shows error before machine starts I have tried disconnecting from the maina and leaving two days but error is still there is there anything you could suggest to clear this error signal or is the error a different one thank you for any advice :con:

Fault code guide says:

E1 Not filling in allocated time
This is essentially a fill timeout error which will normally mean that either the water isn’t on or that an inlet valve has failed. We do list the generic water inlet valves for Samsung washing machines in this section and, if you’re clever you can use one of those by altering the connections but, if you need the genuine one specific to your model please contact us.

So valve was first port of call so there must be another issue as to why. I would have an engineer out to have a look as I think it’s past the DIY stage.

thanks for reply Don I wondered if the error has blocked on as it shows before machine starts cycle is there a way of removing error code tried unplugging machine left for couple of days but minute you tur on and try to start the machine goes straight into error,could it be a contr ol panel error

It could be, the only way of being sure is for an engineer to take a look.
