samsung f/f info

Hi all
Got a call about a american samsung f/f RSH1RSH3N not cold in fridge but icy on the fridge floor, freezer ok. Does anyone have any info or test pro’s on this one. Ref fan does seem to be silent but ive not been to it yet.

Newer version of the RS21.
Probably the fridge evaporator has not been defrosting properly and there will be a big ice ball at top left of the evaporator.
Clear the ice and move the defrost sensor from the right hand side and clip to the pipe going up to the top left. Sensors are too close to the defrost heater and finishing the defrost cycle too early. 😉
