Ive had two of these fridge freezers with the same problem so thinking it’s going to be a common fault. Warm fridge. Now it’s nothing to do with evaporator iced up or vents in freezer this is all clear. It’s definitely to do with the damper control not operating. I replaced this but still no joy. I’ve checked the wires from the front display where they go through the hinge to see if any are broken but all seems fine. The damper is 12v dc but I only seem to get 2v at the damper connection block. This is the same on both fridges. Fridge sensor had similar readings in both fridges.
Anyone had this problem with this fridge?

Had two recently, one with a broken damper but found in both cases return airflow was blocked with ice, not visible so easy to miss
