Samsung F/Freezer SE32928B – very noisy

I have a 9 yr old Samsung 3928B fridge freezer that has started to make a racket, sounds like a cold water tank filling up. Probably coolant/pump, was working ok but noise started 2 days ago and things in the fridge started freezing. I’ve set it to the ECO setting and it’s ok (for now) but really noisy, any ideas?
Anything more than £100 to fix will see me buy a new one which is a shame as it’s been fime up till now.

Are you sure you’ve got the correct model number ? as it’s not listed within samsung.

e-mail me a photo of the outside of the unit and also one of each of the internal fridge and freezer to .

And i will see if i can match it up.

Should be SR-L39, my original receipt had a model number on it that was different, just checked the booklet.

I will have to check, been keeping it closed where possible to keep things frozen.

No ice under the bottom drawer, the noise is more a constant knocking sound now, fridge is quite cold even though it’s on the eco setting, freezer still ok. I’m thinking fan or motor going.
