Samsung fabric conditioner fault

I have been happily retired for three years now but have been contacted by my niece who has this machine which is not dispensing the fabric conditioner.

I advised her on cleaning but the fault still persists.

Never worked on a Samsung at all. Has it got a double/treble fill valve, a flow diverter system?

Triple fill valve in it Jim, doesn’t look to be anything odd as such.

Just a Connect thing, no real part number on it 5045383080015. Looks to be a standard triple valve though, no restrictors I can see.

Any ideas of a source, Google just brings up loads of foreign sites and an out of stock EBay link.? Unless its this one.DC6200142A Washing Machine Fill Valve (ukwhitegoods.co.uk) . Might be cheaper to buy a bog standard valve and swap solenoids. Think I will go out and check it out first.

She has just informed me that she actually uses Ariel 3 in 1 pods. :eek::(
Still uses conditioner by force of habit. DOH.

Lol they can be a pain .these jobs for just a small thing .. sometimes have to replace the valves and s dispenser hopper top ..:mad:

connect have no stock but list alternatives one of them matches a Qualtex Val20
