Samsung Fault

Hi All

Had these 2 faults this week but havent been able find the fault….Can anyone help.

1st.. Water constantly leaking from dispensor !!

2nd.. Ice not coming out whole and in different shapes !!

Can anyone help with idea’s ?

water leak i would think faulty valve like on a washer the ice poss same or the sensor under the tray :?:i would like to know what out come is as i am going to aleaky one in a couple of days.

Thought there woul be a few answers but nope..

Well here goes.

Fault 1 : customer had been pouring jugs of water into the ice chute “honest”

Fault 2 : The customer had been putting premade ice cubes into the bucket cos she didnt have it connected to the water and couldnt figure out why it was coming out broken up (set to crushed).

I swear these two happened over the past week.

last time i had this the ice cubes were not frozen enough so they were leaking down the shoot .Finally found the freezer was not chilling enough .System at fault ended up being a write-off

If the ice cubes are a funny shape is the water pressure ok if ok check valve double valve one for water one for ice
