samsung ff

hi guys what would be wrong with a samsung ff model SRL 36168 both fridge and freezer are not cooling and the fridge light is not coming on.

the panel at the top seem to be pushed back and only one setting light is on i think it is the third one over but by pressing the settings nothing is happening is their a service test that can tell you what is going on. or any pointer what to check thanks fasetester. 🙂

does no one have any infomation on this ff it is near a week from i posted what is the most likely cause thanks fasetester 🙁
