    Samsung Washing Machine.
    WW70J5555EW/EU.

As per title, customer reports that intermittently, the machine will stop during a program. The timer display is still lit and the remaining time displayed. However, the machine remains motionless and the time remaining does not count down. No error codes are shown. No obvious pattern as to when it happens.

Upon visit, the machine functioned perfectly.

I suspect a module issue of some sort.

    Any ideas, please?

    Cheers.

If it tested okay I’d be asking, when does it stop.

Then trying to work out the issue from there as it’s possible it’s something they’re doing.

    Thanks.

Yes, kwatt – that’s exactly what i was thinking and have asked them to use the machine (I’m returning to fit parts to their oven soon) and log exactly what it does and when.

Suedehead1 – Hopefully the customer can pay more attention to the ‘sticking’ and a sequence/sticking point can be identified.

I’ve had issues replacing the modules on these in the past, where replacing one of them isnt enough.
