Samsung FLA, WW80M6450PW, locks door and then nothing. No error codes

No action aside locking door, filling briefly, then pulsing the fill valve on/off. Timer display never changes, it just hangs showing the same time remaining. Same on all programs including spin, which has no drum action.

No error codes shown, it’s as if the module has gone cranky.

Any ideas, please? New machine for me and no experience.

All water valves fine at roughly 4.2kohms.

Pressure system not blocked.

With pressure switch disconnected machine just runs empty pump. Different than with it connected.

Customer is getting agitated and I don’t know what to tell them!

Other than refering them to Samsung’s repair service.

No, inverter motors. it’s only a couple of years old and has two pulleys on the back of the tub, rotates the drum in two sections in opposing directions.

Full of module boards.

Going to refer her to Samsung.
