Samsung fla WW90K76150W won’t energise empty pump or fill valves

Samsung washing machine WW90K76510W

Called after machine stopped mid cycle full of water.

Spin cycle completes program but doesn’t energise drain pump. Drain pump not open circuit.

Wash prog shows C4 error after a couple of minutes indicating water supply fault. Water Supply and valve fine, not energised from module.

heating element is fine.

have you had a good look at the pump to make sure its not blown the board

have a careful look at the board and see if you can see any damage. look around where the pump and valve wire is plugged in

The customer decided to replace the machine, so I never got a chance to investigate the board. What you are suggesting sounds very likely though, thanks.
