Hoping someone can point me in the right direction of what could be causing this problem, basically my fridge side is fine and running at a normal 3 degrees but the freezer side is room temperature and completely thawed (so not ice build up).. coils cleaned, thermostat and fan checked with multimeter and seem to be ok. I’m totally at a loss and hope someone knows how I can remedy this. Thanks in advance.
