    Hi went to this customer today and they have a Samsung SR-L3616B When you turn it on its stars for about 5-6 secs then stops. Then they get a flashing light X X X X F Number 5 flashes is this an error code any ideas thank you

    baffle motor in freezer compartment , think you need to order full cover assy to get baffle motor..

    hi ally i fitted the baffle motor ass’y but still have the e6 fault. any other ideas?

    could be the little magnet sensor that sits next to baffle motor shaft, it detects when baffle is turning…

    i will double check and get back to you..
