samsung fridge error code

hi i would like to know is there any sort of program available any where that can like when you enter a code error from Samsung fridge it tells you whats wrong with it,if you get what i mean.can someone please help me?

thanks for that.but that only shows 1 problem and how 2 fix that.is there no sort of pc program that you can get 2 check for errors?

why should there be, theyre self diagnostic!

and it tells you every known fault via display, so why use a pc, when the machine will tell you itself?

you see i don’t have a samsung fridge just doing some enquirer for a mate thats all.i don’t know why he wants a pc program though.
