samsung fridge freezer

Going out to model SRL3928B tomorrow(first one ive seen)
Customer complaining that it just switches itself off after about 2 hours(display goes blank).Customer is then able to start appliance by switching back on at panel,but it switches back off after about 2 hours.
I suspect the main pcb will be at fault,unless anybody has any other words of wisdom.——Steve

This is according to the customer is the correct model no.

That model number is not a side by side but a straight forward frost free fridge freezer
