    Have to do a call on a Samsung Fridge freezer mod no. RS21NCNS.
    Customer has to defrost it every couple of weeks, dont work on these very often, any poiners would be appreciated.

    Hi Allan

    check the defrost heater and sensor and thermal fuse.

    hold the 2 top buttons in for 10 secs will bring fault code up,give me a call on 07961365484 from site if you need help.

    Hi Bryan and thanks for the reply, have asked the customer to holt top two buttons in for ten seconds as you advised, and have 88 88 on display

    Hi Allan

    they have either not held the buttons in for long enough or the fault will have to be dignoised on site
