samsung fridge freezer

Hey can anyon advise, my fridge keeps freezing over on setting 2, on setting 1 it’s too warm. The range is 1-5. There is another sympton, on setting 1 there is water collecting in the bottom of the freezer compartment below the fridge which constantly leaks out on to the floor. I suspect the freezer is not cool enough also.

Hi

You will probably find that the drain for the defrost channel is blocked and will need to be totally defrosted and cleared,If you empty the whole appliance and turn off for 24 hrs with both doors open then restart as normal you should find it’ll start back ok.

If the problem re occurrs then the drain is blocked and will need to be cleared.
