SAMSUNG FRIDGE FREEZER RSH1 DBRS POWER FAILURE

I was dispensing some ice into a glass, as I pushed on the paddle the power went off to the whole fridge freezer. No lights in freezer or fridge, no display nothing! My husband has changed the fuse in the plug, still nothing! What can be wrong? Fridge freezer is about 7 years old.

Bulb or solenoid has failed and blown the filter board fuse on top of the appliance

You are a genius. Funny enough, the light had stopped working a few days earlier. I thought that the bulb had just gone and was going to order a replacement this week.

Is the filter board fuse an easy thing to replace?

If so, how much would it cost to replace and where would I get such a thing?
