Hi, i was wondering if anybody could help me because my fridge keeps switching off and the letters “rd” keep flashing on the front panel and there is nothing in the manual about this. The fridge is a Samsung & Model No: SL39WJ1/XEU

“rd” is related to the damper motor or it’s controls, there’s an error there essentially.

One for an engineer in all honesty, take a look at repairs@ and the directories for one in your area.
