Samsung fridge not cold, freezer cold

Hi, firstly excuse some of my terminology, I have a go at fixing most things and normally successful, but this is the first time I’ve had a fridge/freezer play up.
It’s an SR-L3216B and there seems to be very little cold air coming up from the freezer to the fridge. I’ve put my inspection camera down the vents and they appear to be clear and I did drop a screw down one by accident and it came out in the freezer when checking if the fan was working, which it was.
Any ideas anyone?

Have you checked the air return vent back into the freezer, it normally blocks with ice.

Any ideas what the button is for on the PCB, some sort of engineer test mode button?
