Participanti see the samsung american style are still doing the same thing…this is a design fault..

And perhaps you might explain why the remaining 97{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of those sold do not have this fault ?

Always interesting how “non-professionals” read these forums. The single most popular Australasian Fisher and Paykell forum in the world is….. here. No reason other than Google. Samsung refrigeration is just the same. Whilst it is a low volume product and a low volume problem within the product group, all the discussion is here. Public perception? “Huge problem”………… Why? Because you come on UKW and find the answers!

no,,i say it because thats the way it is,why would they replace the part in my fridge after all the hassle …well because i told them i would take it to the courts,to the papers and wqhere ever else i could be heard,
as for the posters above.it went quite as i have been on a long holiday.
the samsung fridge freezer side by side has a design fault,i know it,most of the people who bought 1 know it andsamsung know it and so do most of the mods and vultures (i mean repairers)on this forum..
they would not have fixed it unless there was a fault.so all you people who just keep slagging me off stop thinking about robbing people and tell the truth..

Have you not read the posts in here? We give Samsung a kicking for this all the time, it is they who don’t or won’t admit that there’s a problem with these units, not us. We’d be quite happy if Samsung agreed to supply the part, that they have “changed” (modified?) several times FOC, but they won’t so I’d suggest that you complain to them instead of slagging the people that are trying to help you and are merely making a living.
I have to wonder what you do for a living and if we’d consider you a vulture for doing so.
As for robbing, is being paid for the work you do robbing people, I don’t think so. I’m sure you also get paid for working as well, so would that make you a robber as well then?
Now please modify your insulting tone when talking about people that are helping others entirely out of their own charity.

i hear what your say kwatt,but this is not the first time i have said that these samsung fridges where a load of shite,but when i did it before i was told,…i am an idiot and these just like any other fridge will have some faults..now it seems that you have all been slagging them off for ages..

See kr, you have gone too far. We (the robbers) don’t make this appliance nor are we connected in its fabrication or design.
ATEOTD the complaint,gripe unhappiness lies with the manufacturer and not the engineer/robbers or whatever idiotic word you think fits 😕Hope that clarifies a few things for you

Hi,
I can assure you that there are several people from Samsung that do read these forums and, no doubt, take some note of what’s said. Whether they choose to do something about it or not is an entirely different matter.
From our perspective the problem is that we don’t get paid by Samsung to repair these machines FOC. We have to pay for the parts, we have to call at our cost and we have to invest in all the materials and training to be able to do that. In many ways, to the repairers, it is totally irrelevant who pays for the work to be done, the manufacturer, insurer, end user… it is of little consequence really at the end of the day, we just need paid to do the work. If Samsung choose to pay or any manufacturer, great. If not then I’m afraid it falls upon the owner of the machine, whether we agree with that or not simply isn’t relevant.
What I can assure you of is that it’s not just Samsung that do things like this, it’s common practise where a common failing is found and the manufacturer or brand owner leaves it to insurers or end users to pick up the tab. And, this is why, we make many of the recommendations that we do on what appliances to buy as we know what ones are best to avoid.

i did that ..why can you not see what i amtrying to say..ok i am wrong for calling you robbers,but the fact remains..when someone complains onthis forum about the fridge ,then surely the first thing toi tell these people is that they bought a lemon,and to complain to samsung,befroe even thinking about getting someone rom these forums to come and fix it for them,,therefore saving them the costs that this would incour…

and yes i can speak with some experience..after buying this frideg i was impressed to tell a few friends what a good fridge it was..some of whom went out and bought the same model..so i am not just talking about 1 .i am talking about 4..3 have allready had the problem the other we are allready in touch with samsung to have it sorted before it also goes ,,how shall we say it”tits up”

samsung… do you think we make these figures up?things break down, problems occur
thing is, some people ask the question, and deal with it, others demand answers and expect everything done gratis
unfortunately, as we’ve all said, the worlds a changing place, technology is advancing at a rapid pace, and people demand low prices for up market equipment
and ill keep saying it… the guys on here (myself included) spend huge amounts of time advising people for no recompense whatsoever, so your comments, as you really need to appreciate touch a raw nerve.
a diffrerent approach might be in order… i dont know ANY other site on the net where you can get such good, honest advice.. i mean i could understand if we all just replied with ”ooh you got a problem, u need an engineer”
and i also think your comment about your 4th samsung (which isnt actually faulty) is funny.. what do you think theyre gonna do? fix the machine because you think it might go faulty at some point?
really, please, just see it as it is, you had a problem, we tried to help, it wasnt good enough. luckily for you, you got it sorted, but still you come back, having a pop at us all
maybe a refund is in order?
