    Hi, Customer just phoned to say neither frige or freezer is working. no fault code showing either ( I’m told).Anyone have any ideas before i go and take a look? It’s approx 4 years old.

    Hi, Customer said today the frige/freezer is working again it maybe ok for a while then go dead again? anyone got any ideas? thanks.

    Hi

    It’ll be either the defrost sensors or defrost heater which has failed.
