Started out 16th June found Freezer had defrosted ,no door left open, was okay 14th. Display panel blinking 18 degrees. Fridge 6 degrees. read about other Samsung side by side where by push 2 buttons, top left and right for error codes, this model, RS7567BHCBC/EU does not have matching buttons, googled, no info, samsung site waste of time. Unplugged and left it 15 minutes, plugged in, freezer temp now showing 23 degrees, Fridge still 6. after 2 further days realised fridge not working, (still have lights and door open alarms) set temp to 3 degrees but fridge warming. Tried error code read, pushed top let (power freeze) top right (vacation) for 10 seconds, got the beep but screen blank. Then fridge temp blinking 2 deg. I know the blinking is temp too high. Does anyone know for this paricular model how to get error codes and how to put in to diagnostic mode please.
Went down this road with a Whirlpool american fridge freezes with different faulty circuit boards over a four year period and i fixed with the
help of forums on this brilliant site
