Samsung Heat Pump Dryer

Hiya,
I’ve been retired for quite a while now but find I’m in need of some help on Samsung Heat Pump Dryer.
Model is DV80M5010QX and I wondered if anyone had a service manual for it.
It’s not drying and from what I can ascertain, the compressor isn’t running at all.

I’d love some help in resolving this and appreciate any I can get.

Samsung manuals are hard to get

there are a few on manuals lib. not same model but at least its a heat pump unit

try a timed programme if its got one as there can sometimes ignor sensors

Thanks for that. I’ve got the user manuals but not the service manual.
I did try all the programs but Ithe compressor never runs. (don’t think it’s getting power).
Not to worry, thanks for trying.

assume you had enough wet washing in it as a lot of dryers wont start drying till dampness is detected
