It is used in a small cupboard space, yes but the fault occurs even when tested in our workshop in an open space. The condenser box is clear and there is no error code showing.

In what respect does it not dry properly ?, because there are so many variables involved in these.

There appears to be very poor heat, only slight heat really. The clothes are still wet and slightly warm but no where near dry.

I don’t know what experience you have had with heat pump dryers but they don’t get very hot and are no more then a dehumidifier that recirculates waste heat

Not much to be honest but understand the principal. It’s still not drying the clothes though, they are wet at the end of the cycle.

well its either a system fault ( compressor faults poor air flow etc)

    or a sensor fault

you say compressor is running so you should be able to feel evaporator getting cold and condenser getting hot. check for air flow problems

if prog stops early then may be sensor problem. try the timed programmes
