Customer reported it was taking 5 hours to dry clothes and water is trickling past the door seal at the bottom of the door.
Also once it showed a HC error.
I understand the HC error is probably the compressor over heating because its running so long..
Their is pieces of fluff in the drum and around the door.
He cleans the condenser regularly.
Any ideas what the fault could be?
Anyone have a diagnostic test procedure?
