    Sold one of these today, washed fine first time, second time ‘3E’ is coming up, water still in drum.

    What’s the problem?

    3E error on the previous model meant ‘motor restriction error’, motor not running. I am guessing the code is still the same for this model.

    Thanks, confirmed my suspicions, looks like Samsung are getting it back! (under 28 hours, never mind days! old, so exchange)
