    Hi, I’ve been out to a microwave model CM1419, and it is reported to be showing EE on the display. Does anyone know what this means 😕 .

    I would of thought get the cover off and start testing stuff.

    first thing would be mag, cap, door switches, internal fuses sometimes allow power but no function when they blown.

    On lot we have done ive found that a bulb blowing can cause all kinds of pcb problems.

    I think really u need to start testing components

    I’ve done all that, unfortunately it’s doing it intermittently and I haven’t seen it do it myself.

    when does the EE show up? when u first programe your time and press start? later in the program?

    If its intermitent at the start try looking inside while closing the door to make sure the latch is making on the micro’s ok and the frame of the switches aint loose etc.
