I Fitted a new Fan oven element a month ago..Tenant informed me its gone again..but when she was using the fan oven there is a lot of condensation..dripping from the oven roof… but when using the conventional setting there’s no condensation..and no issue..any advice welcome..John

does sound odd

makes sort of sense, convection element at the top may heat up the roof more stopping condensation

does make me ask what are they cooking and does it have lots of moisture ?

According to the tenant happened when cooking a chicken bit odd…

it is very odd as with any oven temp of over 100 degrees the water would turn to steam

can see it inside a cooler door glass but its impossible as far as i can see to end up on the internal roof which would be over the heat of boiling water

Agree..I need to chat to other tenants to identify what’s may be putting in the oven… Cheers John
