Samsung oven issues

Morning all, another client with a faulty oven and need advice please .

oven is a samsung NV70K3370BM and customer has reported the following :- The oven doesnt seem to heat well and wont turn off , we have to use the switch on the wall to turn it off. Have had this before on another make and it was the thermostat had come off the back of the control switch, but by looking at this oven it has a digital display/timer and i am thinking maybe that it controls the temperature and if that has gone wrong then would stop it from working as it should. Obviously the heating up could be the element, but he fact it wont turn off is suggesting more serious issues. Any and all constructive advice welcome .

does the element come on as soon as its switched on at the wall

if it is electronic control look for welded relay

sounds like it does as she says its not regulating temperature and wont turn off. if this is the case , whats the options replace control module ? or would this be a manufacturer only job again ?

unsolder and replace it
