Got this oven which the customer says that it was showing up e26 error. From his internet search, he reckons that it is to do with the temperature sensor. I have not been able to find where he got that information from.
Can anyone confirm if this error code is relating to the temperature sensor? Obviously I would need to return to the job to investigate further but at this stage, the oven seems to be working ok-ish. I don’t know what the oven is supposed to behave like, it is getting up to temperature but I have a feeling that one element maybe faulty as it doesn’t have that kind of forced hot air feel when you open the oven. Also the timing it took to get to temperature caused a cause of concern.

not a rock solid source but this sort of points to sensor problems
assume temps you have are sort of correct
worth checking other elements as you point out its a bit slow in getting to temp. some ovens preheat using more than one element
