Samsung Oven Tech info

Please can someone send me some tech info for a Samsung BF641FSTP/XEU Serial no 18157DDQA00386E oven?

Its display went blank and the oven won’t work – I believe from other posts that it may need a new harness, NTCs and PCB.

I’ve had a merry run around from Samsung, trying to find out any information – bouncing between Servicing, Parts, Servicing again, CPC, Servicing again, and local service agents who won’t return my call.

I’m about to tell the customer to go and buy another oven, but thought I’d put out a plea on here first.

I’m in Prague till Tuesday but I’ll send you some info then. It’ll normally be the toc’s or the pcb . There are 2 different pcb’s though .

It will prob be the cut out on top of the fan duct in the middle. By pass to check. It’s the only problem so far i’ve had with these and done quite a few. Must admit i did order a pcb first time though. Couldn’t see the woods for the trees lol!
