    Hi everyone,

I feel like this samsung machine is trying to wind me up lol

I have washed a couple of loads today with no problems at all, now next load I put in and off it goes.

Starts to fill with water, drum turns probably once if I’m lucky and then i get “6E” flashing on screen. From searching the net I have found this to relate to water heat or something like this.

If someone could help me solve this problem it would be great, I got a house full of kids and washing that needs doing now lol

Im in front of the computer NOW waiting for a response,

    Cheers

It sounds like a thermistor fault. Water temp rising/falling too quickly is what causes the error to be displayed, finding the actual cause is more of a challenge.

Ive got the machine unplugged and on its side, ive noticed a small water leak at the front left of the machine that may be a problem also, looks like a bra has got tangled arounf the heating element.

Would any of these be cause of the problem?

    hi again,

I have had a look and cant see anything sinister,

I have tried running the machine empty on just a spin cycle, this also does the same, the drum starts to move for a fraction of a second and then the machine just bleeps and a “bE” or could be “6E” appears.

    can you help?

    thanks
