    Hi,

Never worked on a Samsung before. The following is how the enquirer
    related it over the phone.

    Short wash selected.

    Does wash part ok.

Fills for rinse with 11mins indicated, rinses then empties whilst drum
    rotating. 9mins now indicated.

Then motor and pump stop for 20 secs, pump starts again and time
indicator increases by 1min to 10mins and drum begins to rotate.

This cycling between 9 and 10mins continues (the number of times it
cycles in this way can vary for each wash from 3 to 10 and is random)
until at some random point it will go into the spin and finish.

A 35min wash can take over an hour.

Same happens in other washes chosen but the times indicated will pertain
    to the particular program.

    Any deas.

It could be logic control, although sold as a quick wash the appliance could be adjusting to the dirt still detected in the water.

I’m only assuming as I don’t have tech info for the appliance, if it finishes without fault indication could be normal.

Either out of balance load or it thinks it hasn’t emptied. Needs to be tried empty to verify but most likely OOB
