Samsung Q1233

We have a customer who has a Samsung Q1233GW/XEU which is showing 3E as an error code (not to be confused with E3). No error code info in known codes either. E3 on other Samsung machines is pressure related but this checks out as okay. Anyone help us out on this one please?

3E error code is a motor restriction
