i have a samsung q1235s big wash washing machine it is approx 3yrs old..when the water fill up or drains it floods my kitchen..the water is coming from a gadget thing by the side of the drum????.. as i dont know what this part is called i cant look for a new one…please help

Any chance you could tell us shape, size, colour, material.
