E1 relates to fill problems. Have you checked for kinked fill hoses or poor water pressure. Remove the fill hoses and run them into a bucket to see if you have a decent flow of water.

Samsung is not my forte, some of the lads are away for the weekend at a meeting. If you don’t get any other replies by Sunday then by all means give this thread a bump. 🙂

Your outlet pipe should discharge into a standpipe that is at least 20″ above floor level or into a proper sink waste outlet. It should go down into this pipe no more than 5 or 6 inches. ( Sorry don’t do metric)
If it does discharge into a standpipe, have you moved the machine for any reason recently? If you have you may have pushed the outlet pipe down into the standpipe so that it is lower than the normal water level in the machine. This would cause syphoning.
A quick ,simple test. If you can place the end of your outlet pipe over the sink and try the machine, that would eliminate syphoning as a possible cause of the problem.

ok update ,checked drainage which was ok so had a luck inside again to check wires and anything loose and by chance every time i touched a 3 pin plug which went to a round brown type thing on top off my washer the door would lock bringing on the 1e fault code, so tightend pins on plug and tested ,all ok after 2 washers so touch wood lol
thanks for all help given and lets hope its fixedOctober 19, 2008 at 10:28 am #263511dave1379

hi my washer is still doing the same grrr, the brown thing i refer to has dl-s14 on the side and has a vac pipe going from it to the bottom of the drum , i have replaced the 3 wires and connections and all good for a couple of washers , i caint see how this can be related to my fault but when i get the 1 and flashing E on my display if i fiddle with this part it clears the fault code.any help would be good before i lose my mind 😕
