    Hi, anyone had problems with the seals on Samsung f/f. Have an RS21 the freezer isnt sealing properly, no suction on door, dead easy to open, and frost forming inside, ordered and tried to fit new seal, the new one was worse than the old, tried heating and forming the seal, no joy. any help would be great.

    r600a said that you can get distortion at the top of the door and you need to pack the seal forward to make the seal.

    If you pack the seal surely it wont be flush and would be visible.

    THERE IS A SPACER BEHIND BOTTOM HINGE WHICH CAN BE REMOVED TO HELP ALSO YOU CAN TURN SEAL UPSIDE DOWN I.E. FIT AND LEAVE RETURN AND PUT UPSIDE DOWN SOUNDS DAFT BUT IT OFTEN WORKS WITH THE HELP OF A HAIRDRIER TO ADJUST
