Hey peeps :waving:
In case some of you are unaware, Samsung now have at least ten repair agents for their WG products. This has reduced the time customers have to wait for repairs (often customers have engineers out within 24-48 hours of reporting the fault) and as the spare parts warehouse has been now moved to Amsterdam, the wait for spare parts has now been reduced also (many thanks to EasyJet having upteen flights per day between the UK and Europe).
