Can anyone help please?
I just bought a new Samsung RF24FSEDBSR American Fridge freezer from an auction. It’s new or unsed with the foil still on it though serial number had been removed so no warranty.
The unit is not cooling not freezing. It lights up and display temperature which reduces gradually but the inside temperature remains the same.
The compressor and fan seems to be working though too quiet.
A technician said it’s system failure but couldn’t tell what is failing.
Can someone please tell me what the exact problem could be and how to repair it please.
