I have a Samsung RL33SBSW F/F which is about 30 months old. Over the last few days, it holds it’s temp for much of the day, but fails overnight. However, switching it off and then on (front button) resolves the problem for about 1 day and it then repeats.
When it is switched back on, the compressor etc is heard to start, but was not running before the switch off/on.
    Any ideas ?

This is a defrost system fault, defrost sensor or heater fault. but you will need an engineer to test. You can request an engineer at repairs @ ukw if you do not know a local repairer. I hope this advice helps as the module is locking out when in defrost mode.
