    Can anyone help me please? I have a Samsung RL33SBSW Fridge Freezer, it is only 13 months old. The fridge is not working now, the light works and the motor is running but the fridge is no longer cold, have tried incresing the temperature but this hasn’t worked.
    Any ideas ?

    Yes simple solution.. 😆 Call Samsung on 08707267864 Its got a 2 year warranty.

    Thanks have done that. They told me to switch it back on in case it had just frosted up and the engineer wouldn’t be able to see that if it was off. Anyway, had it off overnight and switched it back on this morning and is working again now ! So maybe it will be ok now, they are supposed to be sending someone tomorrow though, so will let them know it is now ok, although might be worth someone just checking it.

    theres probably a fault in the defrost system tbh… best to get it checked
