samsung rl365 running for 5 mins then shutting down

i have a customer that has a samsung rl365bsw1/xeu that is shutting down after 5 minuets.

The leds at the top display and the interior light stay on but the circulating fan and compressor stops. the unit runs again when it is powered down and back up again, then repeats.

I suspect its a faulty relay on the pcb but not to sure and don’t want to order a PCB until i get im sure as wont be able send back.

Any help will be fantastic.

I think you will find that its an RL36SBSW, its more than likely the cover assy in the freezer. hope this helps.

do you meen the evaporato cover (5045170759094 @ connect distribution)?and if so, would this defenatly. cause the unit to shut down?
