samsung rl38sbtb fridge freezer

hi guys and girls,

hoping someone might be able to help me out, this fridge freezer (Samsung rl38sbtb) seems to be getting the best of me, the freezer works perfectly and maintains temp fridge on the other hand is warm

have replaced the damper and sensor in fridge and the reed switch (for door) am getting a small amount of cold air thru the fridge vents not loads, have verified the damper is opening and closing, but it does not seem to be making fridge cold.

have checked for any blockages in the ducts none present have metered the defrost element its fine plus no excessive ice build up, any ideas would be an absolute god send at this stage guys:D

just cant seem to find the cause of this issue
