Samsung RL39THCSW Help! compressor not starting

Hello,

I my Samsung (RL39THCSW) compressor will not start.

When turned on compressor make a “mmmm” noise trying to start and then i hear a “Click” all cuts outs.
Checked relay and there’s continuity.
Checked Compressor getting 21ohms, 26 ohms and 47ohms seem high but not sure.

Tried to check thermistor got 4 wires 2 yellow,1 brown, 1 black coming from back going to temp control board not sure which ones to test. So tested all can’t get any continuity.

Could the thermistor be causing this issue??
Does anyone of a wiring diagram for ths model??

Oh i was hoping someone wouldn’t say that 🙁
Is that because of the high ohms i was reading?
Still gets warm….

It sounds like the compressor is seized, hence the noises you’re hearing, it’s trying to start up then chucking it, cutting out on the safety device exactly as it should do.

Could it be blocked??

Had problems like this when first brought the fridge, three times engineer came out to fix on third time he said there’s a gas block and he overcharged it unblock always thought whatever blocked could block again..

Doubtful. More likely the compressor.
