Samsung RL41WGIH not cooling fridge or freezer

Hi. I have just got a second hand Samsung RL41WGIH fridge freezer. I let it stand over night then the next night I turned it on but when I checked the next morning it hadn’t cooled down both temperatures are showing 18. I adjusted the temp but in the manual it says the display should flash when adjusted but mine doesn’t. Every thing sounds like it’s working but the temp is still 18. Am I doing something wrong or is it broken. Help greatly needed. Thanks

Hey Stans785… did you have any luck with your RL41WGIH?

I have what seems to be the exact same problem and would like to know if you found a fix.
