samsung RS 21 etc twin cool

i have been fitting new fidge evaporator covers to this model with success, but i now have a problem with a recent repair.The heaters and fuse read ok ,on removing the cover i have snowy ice on the evaporator coil and a blocked intake,the aluminium mod is correctly fitted,could this be caused through a dirty condensor,prolonging its run cycle?
any ideas Thanks

Send me a photo of the problem you’ve got before you defrost it.as that will give a better indication of the problem.

From the discription you give it sounds like the thermal fuse or heater is faulty but if you can send a photo it would help.
Brian would be your best bet for the spares if you need them.

following on, how important is it to replace the defrost termination sensor from the white cap end to the black end,i have not been able to get back and photo it,Thanks
